• brings 30 years of experience in real estate financing, real estate management, and real estate sales to the job
• served as a state bank's department director for the real estate financing in Europe and the United States
• served as a state bank's head of risk management for the real estate financings and participations
• formed and headed a bank's real estate subsidiary for the purpose of setting up a proprietary real estate portfolio (40,000 housing units as of 2007)
• formed and headed a bank's sales subsidiary for real estate, as well as for active and passive products of the parent company, now counting more than 100 staff
• appointed CEO of Gebhard Real Estate AG in February 2008
