Hans-Peter Eger Become New CEO of Gebhard Real Estate AG
Berlin, February 13, 2008 – The supervisory board of Gebhard Real Estate AG, a Berlin-based company, unanimously appointed Hans-Peter Eger (56) to serve as new chairman of the management board. He will head the company together with Bernhard Groth, and intensify efforts to expand the market position of this specialist for capital investment products in the real estate sector.

Gebhard Real Estate AG keeps expanding
Berlin, November 22, 2007 – Gebhard Real Estate AG remains committed to its growth course. Through its subsidiary, DEUMAG Immobilienmanagement GmbH, the company will open a service office in Hannover on December 1, 2007, making it the third location in Germany after Berlin and Munich. "This step comes as a result of our continued growth. We have responded to the tenants' need to have a personal on-site contact," emphasizes Bernhard Groth, Member of the Board of Gebhard REal Estate AG. "This option for direct access to information and advise is indispensable for consistent tenant care." The service office in Hannover will take over the management of about 300 housing units in Hannover and surrounding areas.

Gebhard Real Estate AG continues shopping spree
Berlin, November 13, 2007 - The Berlin-based Gebhard Real Estate AG just acquired 83 housing units with a gross lettable area of 5283 m², located in Frankfurt/Main and Offenbach. The investment volume totals Euro 6.5 million. By expanding the proprietary portfolio, which now includes a total of 893 housing units, Gebhard Real Estate AG, a Gebhard Bank company, has committed itself to continued growth. "The idea is to expand our real estate holdings substantially, and to bolster our position on the market. Frankfurt and Offenbach are perfect locations for us", says Bernhard Groth, member of the board. Another 100 million are earmarked for investments in the short and medium term.
