We are predominantly interested in residential and commercial properties meeting the following investment criteria:

Residential properties

• minimum 20 units of residential accommodation (U)
• ideally 100-250 Us
• package deals of a minimum of 500 Us
• no limit on the purchase price
• large cities, medium-size and small towns with a stable economic infrastructure
• existing properties, preferably built between 1950 and 1969 or from 1980 on
• no sky-scrapers
• preferably privately financed or with a rent control of less than 10 years
• average floor space should exceed 55 sqm
  
• low number of vacant premises
  
• no property in social problem hotspots
• small amount of commercial property
• no or small proportion subject to leasehold law

Commercial properties

• The property should have received a favourable rating from a renowned operator with regard to the location, accessibility for consumers, and long-term perspectives.
  
• The remaining life of the rental agreement should be at least 10 years.
